She drifted into thought. "I wonder if we were ever badly humiliated by the water cats..." She mewed. "I wouldn't be surprised if I forced myself to forget it. Us flame cats are protective of our pride." She chuckled.

For a second her shining orange coat turned white, and her eyes burned. "Like this?" Then the grass below her paws caught fire and her appearance went back to normal. She flicked an ear and the fire disappeared. She chuckled. "Oops."

"Never have. We've never been afraid of getting burnt, but getting sand stuck in places it shouldn't be. Like eye sockets, mouths, ears, and many more places." He replied.
