Halloween was sitting in camp chatting with Flash when she felt the ground shudder. She rose to her feet and her ears flattened when a pure red gas the colour of blood started rising up through the ground. "What in the Ancient's names?!" She exclaimed.
Lucelus spotted the thick smoke easily, even with their distance from the location. He spat. "We must hurry, before someone's hurt!"

Thorn hissed, "We need to go!" She tried staying up, despite the shuddering ground. Bone kept the kits calm and Ferno was seeing if anyone was hurt.
Jack nodded, "Then we can't waste anytime!"

Halloween began to howl an order to evacuate, but was cut off as cracks appeared where the column of red grew ever taller. The air smelled of blood. Then the tremor faded. Just as Halloween had become sure it was over, one quick, violent quake shook the camp, lasting no longer than three seconds. Then another. And a third. Then something burst through the cracks in the middle of camp, hidden in the tower of red gas.
Then, Lucelus landed in the camp. This made Halloween's jaw drop open. "Lucelus?! What in the world?!"
Lucelus faced the redness and growled, "Sanguinem! Surrender yourself to my power! You know that because of past deeds I have deemed you unwelcome here! I've locked you up once and I can do it again, and this time, you shan't escape!"
There was a few seconds of silence, then a dry chuckle. A cat sulked out of the gas, standing roughly the height of Lucelus. His pelt was a deep, beautiful red, and his eyes were completely black. He smiled slyly at Lucelus. "Oh, my," he purred, "big scary Lucelus has come to lock me away once more."
Ignis choked. "The item was a GOD?!"
Lucelus growled and swiftly pushed the cat to the ground. "Sanguinem, there is a reason I hid you away. I won't have you destroy helpless cats in your frenzy."
He laughed again. "I know I was a bad kitty, Lucelus, but who's to say I haven't changed?" He reared up and smashed into Lucelus, throwing him off, then quickly scrambled to his paws. "Honestly, you god-folk are so quick to assume the worst of us just because we killed a few... Thousand cats."
Ignis just watched, mouth hanging open, dumbfounded.
(This was a long post. Oh well.)

Bone backed up in the medicine den, the kits behind him.
Jack growled, "What can we do..? We aren't as strong as those two."
Ferno mumbled a few words, wondering what the two were going to do.

"I don't think we can do anything..." Ignis mumbled. "Just hope Lucelus gets this freak under control." Lucelus growled. "Perhaps I will give you a second chance. But not while you're like this." His fur came alight with colour and he smashed into Sanguinem. The red cat yowled loudly and collapsed, rainbow light floating from his mouth. He laughed. "You hit hard." Lucelus rolled his eyes. He pinned Sanguinem down and his eyes flashed, then Sanguinem hissed. "N-no! Stop! I r-refuse to... To return to the form of... A w-weakling!" (I hope you're having fun reading this 'cause I know there isn't much for you to say  ) |

(I am, and it doesn't really matter if I don't have much to say, in my opinion anyways.)
Jack's ears went up at the red cat's last sentence. "What could he mean by that?" He mumbled quietly.
Ferno walked and stood in front of the nursery, just to make sure they were protected inside.

Sanguinem was enveloped in a red and white light. "Agh! Curse you, Lucelus!"
"Save that for when I end up locking you away again." He muttered.
Then there was a small explosion. Shards of what looked like red stone shot up into the sky, leaving the vision range. The light faded and Sanguinem was sitting on the ground growling, but he looked a lot different. He was still as big as Lucelus, but now his fur was white with black on his chest. His eyes shone white as well. His paws, however, stayed red, dyed with the colour as though he'd killed someone and dipped his paw in their blood. He did not look happy. "Grrrr..." He muttered. "If you had just given me a place up with the rest of you folk, I could've been happy, you know."
"That's a lie and we both know it." Lucelus replied. He flicked his tail and suddenly there was white light binding Sanguinem to the ground in case he decided to do anything funny while Lucelus's guard was down. Lucelus turned to face Halloween. "This is your tribe, yes? Ah... Riddled with problems your future is... But fear not. Your bond with these other elementals shall prevail. Anyway, I suppose my presence should be explained," he looked at Ignis and Jack, "properly. Am I wrong?"
Halloween bowed her head. "Yes, I-I'd appreciate that, Lucelus."

"Everyone gather around, then, I have a story to share." He looked at everyone, then sat down near the struggling Sanguinem and sighed, waiting for the group to gather.

Thorn glanced at Bone before they and their kits walked out of the den. They stayed away from Sanguinem, including the kits.
Ferno stayed beside a queen and her kits.
Jack sat down beside Bone.

"Alright." Lucelus thought for a moment, then began his tale. "You see, the main elements were created by complete accident. My power is hard to control. Death cats were the first. The first cat I killed came back to life as a Death elemental. That would be Obitus. The water element was made when a cat drank from a pool I swam in. Fire was when I used my power to extinguish a forest fire. Do you see? I have to be extremely cautious with what I do. The slightest wrong move, and I could create a new species. Many elements you may not have known existed have been roaming around for centuries. If the new elementals are kind and respect my rules, I usually let them stay. But many of them turn out like Sanguinem over here, ruthless murderers. Obitus was actually like this at first, but his kind clearly changed for the better." He winked at Halloween. "Anyway, that aside, the point of the story is that Sanguinem was made when I rather stupidly snagged myself on some brambles and one of the cats who offered to help out got some of my blood on them. Yes, Sanguinem would be classified as a Blood elemental."

Thorn flattened her ears, "We have kits here! And you think keeping a cat like him here is a good idea?!" She was going to say more when Jack told her to shut up.

Lucelus seemed oddly amused. To add to this Sanguinem growled in annoyance. "If you all are to stupid to realize it, Lucelus took my power. He believes you idiot weaklings can put me in my place." He struggled under his binds, but to no avail.
Lucelus nodded. "Indeed. All cats have good in them no matter how evil. Besides, if he acts out, he's weaker than Ignis and Jack in his current form despite being a more powerful being. He won't be an issue to keep under control."

Lucelus stood and approached Halloween. "Well? What do you say?"
Halloween rose to her paws and walked into the middle of her clan mates. "We should do a vote. All in favour of keeping Sanguinem here, stand up."
Flash jumped to his paws.
Ignis looked at Jack. "What do you think?"

"It's better to keep an eye on him, considering how dangerous he can be." Jack replied, standing up.
Bone stood up as well.
Ferno and Thorn didn't stand.
