She looked up at them and jabbed her into his pad. When his paw moved. She bit his paw as hard as she could till it was a deep cut and bleeding. She jumped at the next loner she clung to his back her teeth in his scruff and her paws going at it.

The third loner grabbed her scruff and pulled her off his friend. He slashed her side and bit down on her paw. "We'll be able to finish you off e-" The leader of the loners was cut short and his friends looked at him, terrified. Scourge and rolled and sunk his claws into the loners throat. He hissed and slashed. The loner stumbled back, his throat drenched in blood, then fell to the ground. Scourge looked at the other three and finished them off easily. He ripped the second ones throat out, he slashed the third loners stomach open, then he just stabbed and raked the fourths eyes out. "You do not mess with me or my clan!" Scourge snarled, his paws and claws drenched in blood.

She had howled in pain at her side being slashed. Her paw was also in pain. She lay on her side.She went to get up. She knew sick and weak cats were left to die. She wouldn't let that happen to her.

She got up and held herself up. She licked her paw. She lightly stood on it and almost yelps. She looked at her mentor. Would he kill her to.

Scourge huffed, "A wounded paw is nothing. Come on. Let's get you to the healer." He started walking without another glance at his apprentice.

She limped along. Her side was killing her. Along with her paw, she didn't get any praise for the attack she so nicely orchestrated.

They made it back to camp and the medicine cat rushed out to take care of Nightshade. Scourge went to a shady spot and started cleaning his paws.

Nightshade got patched up and aent to the apprentices den to rest.She sighed looking at her mentor at least he hadn't attacked her.

Scourge mumbled under his breath. "Mouse-brained apprentice. She almost got herself killed." He muttered. When he was done cleaning, he left camp.

The medicine cat had left camp to find herbs, but Solar was in the den too. "Do you now believe my sisters words?" He asked Nightshade.
