Jaywing looked at the kits, she lifted the moss from her nest. There was a hole there, big enough for four kits. "Go right there, I'll cover you with the moss. Don't move or make a single mew." she meowed
Starkit and Badgerkit nodded, they went in the spot where Jaywing told them to be.
Wolfstar kept her eyes on the entrance, "Hawkfire. Come here, please." she meowed loudly

Jaywing covered the hole with the moss. She stood at the entrance of her den.
Wolfstar sniffed again, 'Smoke? Its far...' she looked at the warriors den. "Hawkfire!"

"Its not in our camp, or territory. It must be from Fireclan's forest. Luckily, no tree's go near the stream that marks the border, so our territory gets on fire." Wolf explained, "Get some warriors, I fear this is Fireclan's biggest fire. Let Fireclan cats on our territory, they're our allies." she ordered, she ran out of camp and headed for the border. When she reached there, her fear was correct, she could hear yowls of terror and help. "He cant die, nor can his clan!" she crossed the border and found Fireclan's deputy, Lionstorm. Lionstorm blinked, "Go to my territory, your welcome and allowed." Lionstorm dipped his head and led the queens, kits, elders, and apprentices to Wildclan territory. The only a few warriors were with him.

Hawkfire went to a different part of the border. He saw some warriors and led them to the border.

Wolfstar went further into the burning forest, she saw more Fireclan cats and told them to go to Wildclan territory. She was almost by camp, she heard a yowl. She saw Razorstar, pinned. He was the last cat in the camp, and in the territory. Wolfstar ran to him, and tried to help him out. She was trying to push the log off of his tail. "Just go! Leave before you get killed!" Razorstar meowed, Wolfstar shook her head, "I wont leave you!"

Hawkfire saw cats still on the territory, wailing, and led them to Wildclan territory.

Wolfstar was able to push the log off Razorstar. "Go!" she said. Razorstar started running, Wolfstar followed him. She soon saw black, "Wolfstar!" was the last thing she heard.

When Hawkfire couldn't see or hear any more cats, he started heading back.

Jaywing and the Fireclan's medicine cat, Rainsong, were fixing up the Fireclan cats that have been burnt or have breathed in smoke. Jaywing told the kits to stay where they are. When Jaywing saw Hawkfire, she went to him. "Where's Wolfstar? And Razorstar?" she asked him

As Hawkfire called "Wolfstar." Razorstar crossed into Wildclan territory, his pelt was covered in ash and soot. He was burnt, but he ignored the pain. He was carrying a cat... Wolfstar, she wasn't breathing and she was covered in ash and soot as well. Razorstar continued walking, he heard Hawkfire. "Over here!" he yelled

Hawkfire heard and ran over. When he saw Wolfstar, he didn't question anything, but instead meowed, "Let me help." He awaited half of his leader's wait to appear on his shoulders.

"Thank you." Razorstar meowed, he put Wolfstar on Hawkfire's shoulders. "I-I don't know what happened, she helped me get free then she was hit a burning branch." he meowed, he gritted his teeth in pain as his burn was acting up again

"Well, that's for the medicine cat to figure out. Let's get her back." Hawkfire responded, and starting walking at a somewhat quick pace.

Razorstar followed, he had a bit of a limp.
When they got back to camp, Jaywing saw them. She ran up to Hawkfire, Rainsong ran to Razorstar and started fixing him up. Jaywing nodded, "Glad your okay, but Wolfstar needs help now. Can you put here down?"
As Badgerkit heard the words 'Wolfstar' and 'help' he ran out of the hole and out of the den. Starkit ran after him, "Badgerkit!" she mewed.

Hawkfire gently set his leader on the ground.
Cougarkit followed his brother. Foxkit was smart enough to stay put, but was worried.

Jaywing checked her, "She lost a life. She's breathing again, but knocked out."
Starkit looked at Wolfstar, Badgeriit did too
Razorstar looked at Jaywing and nodded, in relief. He looked at the kits, "Hello, Starkit, Badgerkit, and Cougarkit. Where's Foxkit?" he asked
Starkit jumped, Badgerkit swallowed
