Jolts was walking around the forest while Zips was doing his usual rounds with berry picking. Larvesta was finding things to help the Caterpies and Wurmples.

Zips flew back home and dropped the basket where he usually does. "Fresh berries!" He called. Larvesta and Zips took three berries each.

(Btw, what happened to your Scyther character?)
Jolts saw a web and decided to walk on it to get to the other tree. When she was in the middle, it broke and she hit the ground head first, she didn't move.

Fuzz heard a snap and looked around. Then continued eating the berry.
A large green insect was standing in tall grass, looking around, head tilted slightly. It raised a pointed, sharp arm, and slashed some of the grass. A startled Spearow jumped and flapped away.
(One thing I like about Scyther is how it's a bug that's far bigger than a lot of birds xD)

(Yeah, same here. That and it's evolution, Scizor, has a mega evolution. And wasn't her name Blade?)
Largest and Zips continued eating quietly.

(Seriously, it'd probably stand as tall as my shoulder, give or take a few centimetres. And yeah, her name is Blade.)
The Scyther grumbled and walked out of the grass. She scaled a tree and sat at the highest branch that would hold her weight, scanning the area below.

Jolts didn't move from where she laid. Zips looked around, "Where's Jolts? She'd already be back by now."

Her gaze drifted to the giant tree not too far off. She knew that it sheltered many little bug Pokemon. But she turned away as soon as she had glanced.
