Flint scratched at the collar. "Ok. And, umm, can you help me get this off? It's a regular dog collar so there's a buckle, but I can't reach it. Can you get it please?"

Daz chuckled. "Of course." She stood up and closed her teeth around the buckle, which opened with a snap, and the collar fell.

Before Flint went back to see his family, he hunted. He had some trouble, but was able to get a squirrel.
