Zou found a rabbit, then jumped as she heard a gunshot. "Food can wait." She growled, seeing that the rabbit was already gone.

Flint, Fang, and Ivory hid in the den and his the entrance, like they were told to do. Shadow found a hidden den while she was hunting with Wing, they hid the entrance as well. Zou ran towards where she heard the gunshot. "I better take care of it." She growled.

Zou soon found a few hunters and a dead deer. "Great. More than one hunter..." She whispered and hid.

Zou slunk out of her spot, then yelped when something caught her leg. She looked down and cursed. "A bear trap.." She whined, seeing her leg bleed. Suddenly she was pulled up by her tail and soon her eyes were locked with a hunters. "Daz! Wing! Help!" She barked. Soon the bear trap came off and she closed her eyes, waiting for death. Surprisingly, she just felt arms and a chest. She looked to see one hunter holding her like he would with a child and another fixing her leg. 'What in the world....?' She thought.

Wing heard the bark and told Shadow to stay where she was. Then he ran out of the den. "She went to see what it was, didn't she?" He muttered.

Wing hid in a bush, watching the hunters and Zou. "Great, they caught her.." He mumbled quietly.

Daz stopped and crouched. 'Zou!' She thought, seeing her in the hunters grasp. She wondered what to do.

The hunter soon put her down and they walked off. Zou was frozen in her spot and Wing ran up to her, trying to comfort her.

Daz waited to be sure the hunters left, then left her hiding place. "What happened?" She asked, flicking her tail in greeting to Wing when she walked over.

"I-I stepped into a bear trap and yelped in pain. I just waited for them to kill me, but they just toke the trap off and fixed my leg up." Zou said, leaning against Wing.
