"How would I know? If the note was a map, it probably would make sense, but it doesn't." Lea said

"Hang on... I've seen that somewhere before." Fyden said. He sat down for a second and thought.

Lea was a bit confused. She layed down on the bed. "On a wall somewhere?"

Fyden remembered his dreams from last night. Static, and that symbol. And occasionally the flash of faces he didn't know. "I had a weird dream last night." He responded after a few seconds. "That's where I saw it."

"Static, and disturbing faces." Fyden replied. He rubbed his sore head.
(I have a bit of a plot idea, not sure if I want to use it though.)

(Go ahead Shadow. I'm curios, and you make awesome plots!)
"Like looking at that faceless guy?" Lea said. "Everytime we're near him, doesn't our heads get all clouded or something? That's how I felt when he trapped me in the tree"

(It's gonna be awesome. *Bouncing up and down in excitement*) "That's different though. Sir Faceless can only capture us in his mind control business if we look back at him. And we have to be awake. If we are unconscious, or in my case, asleep, even if he opens our eyes, it's a no go." Fyden explained.

Fyden could tell by her voice that Lea was confused. "What do I need to explain?" He asked with a chuckle.

Fyden nodded. "Okay." He said, then looked around. Then he jumped to his feet, eyes wide for a moment before calming. "Someone's here," He said quietly to Lea. "Come if you want." Then Fyden started walking as quietly as he could down the stairs.

(New character intro)
Fyden walked down the stairs, slowly and quietly, to see a man standing there. He looked in his forties, and was wearing a brown jacket. Fyden ran down the rest of the stairs. "Sorry sir, we are closed." He said. "I know, that's not why I'm here." The man responded.

(Is it Scott Shelby/The Origami Killer? I looked on the other thread where you sign your character up. And I have never heard of this one before)
Lea had a knife in her pocket, for emergencies and drastic measures. She saw the mysterious man and she leaned on the wall. "Then what do you want?" she asked, showing no signs of kindness to the man. 'I don't trust anyone except you Fyden, so I would keep my eyes on him if I where you' she thought. She didn't say what was on her mind

(Yeah, he is the bad guy in a video game I fell in love with a while ago. You post gave me an awesome idea, by the way.) "I hear you and your group are investigating the recent witnesses of myths." He pulled out a card. "I am detective Scott Shelby, previously a police." Fyden looked at the man, 'Scott,' strangely. "It's just us for one, and why do you want to help a couple kids?" He asked. (The storyline with this guy is actually pretty funny. He is an actual detective, but the case he was working on his own murders. xD )

'Even as a detective,mi don't trust him' Lea thought. "Yeah, why do you want to help us kids?"

(My idea was that Fyden and Lea can share thoughts if they need too, but don't know they can yet. Like it?) Shelby (As he is more commonly referred to) responded, "I never said I wanted to help you, I want to help your cause." He looked at Fyden. "I'm investigating the case of the Origami Killer, murderer of seven to nine year old boys. I thought while I was investigating that, I could keep a lookout for you two. What do you say?" Fyden didn't reply. "I'll tell ya what, if you need anything, give me a call." Scott finished, and left the store. A card floated on to the counter.

Lea threw the knife at the card and pinned it to the table. "I don't trust him!" she spat.

"Neither do I." Fyden said. He went to pull the knife out of the counter. "But I can't lie, this new case looks interesting. I've heard of people killing adults and people killing families, but never heard of someone killing young boys." He paused in thought. "And why such a specific age group?" He knew Lea would likely be annoyed by his interest in the myths and murderers.
