Wave frowned. "I see..." Still prepared to attack if the creature turned out to be either aggressive or infected, she melted the ice wall guarding her cave.

(From Dragon Elemental, and that's why I had Ice brought up the "Dead coming back to life from the green goo" :3 ) Xyvear was a dead dragon, part of him was bone and the other had scales. "Sorry if I scare you.." (I finally found the picture I have for his looks:  ) |

Wave jumped in surprise. "O-oh, I wasn't expecting... A dragon..." She admitted quietly. "Oh! I'm Wave." She dipped her head in greeting, now even more tense than before.

He dipped his head in return. "It's nice to meet you Wave," he took a few steps back and sat down.

"You as well," Wave agreed. She wasn't really sure what to say to the frightening creature sitting before her.
Sitting at the edge of a pond, attempting to catch fish, was a slightly annoyed looking monitor lizard. She saw a flash below the surface and quickly lashed out at it, diving her muzzle into the pond, but her fangs closed around nothing but water. She had small, glowing green spikes poking out of her back, which was uncommon for her species. She also had green liquid oozing from her mouth that singed the grass when it dripped from her maw and onto the ground. She muttered when yet another fish escaped her grasp and gave up, backing away from the water's edge.

"Everything seems to be hostile around here, yeah?" He asked, looking at his torn wings.
Ice kept walking around on the frozen lake, wondering what to do.

Wave frowned. "Yeah, it's been harsh lately. Food has become rare since a lot of the prey has become aggressive." She confirmed, gazing at her dwindling stock of food. "That, and even if you aren't hunting, you never know when something will come out of no where and attack you."
The monitor rested her head on the ground, laying there in defeat. She wasn't sure what to do now.

She got up and sauntered away, leaving patches of green goo here and there as she walked.

"Y-Yes. You see, before I died, I was a healer for a tribe. I knew a few things, like how to purify food and liquids, and much more. I might be able to 'purify' the prey too." He said.
Ice made a hole in the ice and looked to see how the infected fish were, only to seal up the hole minutes later.

"Hm... That'd be quite useful in this situation." Wave said thoughtfully.
She saw a wolf walking across a frozen lake and tilted her head, the sudden movement flinging some green liquid from her mouth.
(I actually forgot how to spell the word 'sudden' while I was typing this XD)

"I'll have to test on it, but results should come up fairly quick." Xyvear nodded, "A fish will work, since they can't run."
Ice laid down on the ice, looking up to the sky in thought.

Wave flicked her tails, "Shall we head to the lake, then?"
She tested the ice, then decided it would hold her weight fine and began walking towards the wolf, hoping he wouldn't attack her because of her resemblance to those other foul, infected creatures that were wandering around.

Xyvear nodded and started walking, stumbling a bit since he was getting used to walking again.
His eyes were closed as he relaxed on the ice, thinking a few things.

Wave led him along, staying quiet.
The large lizard walked up to Ice. "Um... Hello? Are you awake?" She asked, her voice somewhat hiss-like.

He opened his eyes and looked at the lizard, ready to get up when needed. "Hello," Ice said, flicking his ear.
Xyvear followed quietly, trying not to drip any goo along the way.

"Ah. Good." She swished her scaly tail. "You... Can you fish? I need a fish."
Wave approached the lake. "Here we are."

Ice nodded and stood up, thawing out a hole. "Mind if it's speared?" he asked.
Xyvear nodded and tilted his head, "It's frozen, thaw out a spot for me?"

"I just need a fish," the lizard grumbled in reply, tail swishing.
Wave nodded. "Of course." She melted part of the lake.
