He nodded and looked in the water before creating a spear and shooting it into the water. It came back with a fish on it. "There," he nodded as he put the fish down and melted the spear.
"Thank you," he thanked and caught a fish in a flash. Xyvear set the fish down and started examining it. "Green goo, different nature, and added features. What created this?" He muttered as he caught another fish and examined it too.

The scaly monitor examined the fish Ice caught, scrutinizing it. Then she abruptly swallowed it whole and sauntered off without saying anything. (I had a really good name for her and I've completely forgotten it. Oh well.)
"I wish I knew," Wave murmured in reply.

He muttered a few thing before watching the goo disappear from both fishes. "Works on fishes, but I can make a remedy to get rid of it on other animals," Xyvear said.

"What were your friends like?" She asked curiously.
The lizard made her way back to the land, not feeling very safe on the ice.

"We were more of a tribe, but they were nice and kind, always ready to help another and defend the territory. I died when the enemy ambushed us." Xyvear said sadly.

She sighed and looked away, then yelped and jumped back as a lizard burst from the ice a small distance away. The lizard puffed a breath from its nostrils and gazed at Wave and Xyvear, head tilted. "Mm. You're dead," she noted in a bland voice, her remark directed towards Xyvear. She shook water from her scaly hide and blinked at them. "Funny."
