Arthur looked around. "It's dusty, that's all." He said and looked at Shyla, giving her a strange look. "As I said, I don't know what you're talking about. I'm going upstairs." He walked back upstairs, passing and not noticing Aura coming down. She walked up to Shyla and tilted her head.

Aura jumped up and landed on her shoulder. She nipped Shyla's ear.

Aura nodded, "Mhm, and I'm surprised you asked that now." She tilted her head, "I don't like talking, but eh, I need to communicate. And by the way, there's a book that shows my growth. It's somewhere in the bookcase upstairs. I just know that, not what I look like as I, as you can say, 'evolve.'"

Aura finished eating. "Sure, let's go upstairs. It's most likely in the study room." She hoped onto Shyla's shoulder.
Arthur was still outside by the waterfall, thinking. He muttered a few words, then shook his head and sighed.
Lu soon returned from his flight and went inside. "Whatcha doin' you two?" He asked Shyla and Aura.

As soon as I got to the study room there was one old dusty book that stood out from the others i points to it " That it?" I ask.

I grabbed it and put it on the desk near a window. I blew of the dusk on the cover and it read "The growth of an Aura" I opened it up and the pages were old and tathered. the first page read..

(Oh god, this is gonna take awhile for me to type. And the picture I did, it's in silhouettes and only 3/4ths of the Evolution) "The Evolution of an Aura can be difficult or easy, depending on who takes care of the being. These creatures are usually made by someone who either wants to be protected or wants someone else to be protected. Like a crush, sibling, or etc. Usually, they are named after their kind, but not really since a lot of people think it's original. The Aura can be many colors, and can be seen in different forms. Like a lizard, dog, cat, bird, and even a big animal like a horse. Yet the most common is seeing an Aura as a cat. An Aura is to believed to be bound by their caretaker for usually for life or till death-do-us-part. Like for some whimsical creatures, they transfix to their caretakers (or soon to be caretakers) aura. Which give them a behavior that their caretaker would like. They can also tell when you lie or how you're feeling. So be careful with that. Now to make an Aura evolve, or change into a stronger form, is hard. Usually they evolve when the Aura and the caretaker have enough friendship to make it evolve, or just for extreme emergencies. An Aura is believed to evolve at least three times. As in this: first form is the baby, or egg, stage, second form is the child, or teen stage, third is the warrior, or adult, stage, and the last stage is to believed to be the ultimate. But sadly, no one has seen to have seen the form except one man named-" The rest of the page was torn off, including the picture below. The picture's of the evolution looked to be colored in by something black and permanent, hiding what the forms looked like. The last form was torn off with the rest of the page.  Aura tilted her head, "Who would tear the rest of the page? Including the last form? It seems that someone or something doesn't want us to know." (I had to reference the next two forms because I couldn't think of anything else. And I pretty much just colored in the bases, colored the page to look like ancient and old paper, and the ripped part) |
