Vester sat near the edge of the group, not wanting to get close to the other cats.
Tempest caught scent of prey immediately. "Lift your muzzles." She mewed and angled her ears towards the scent.

Ivan nodded, then looked at Vester. "You know how to hunt, da?" He asked quietly.

Vester nodded. "S-Sort of."
Tempest was walking silently towards the animal, likely a rodent of some sort.

Ivan flicked an ear, "Alright." He stalked to the other side, to make sure if the prey heard them, he could run after it.

Tempest nudged Vester. "You scare the prey towards me. If I miss it Ivan will get it." She ran off to take her place.
Vester crouched and walked towards the prey in a way that would hopefully make it run directly into Tempest's paws.

Tama was sorting herbs in the den, happy to find enough herbs that would last more than two moons."

Vester hissed and the prey, a shrew, raced towards Tempest, who slammed a paw on its spine. "Got it."

Ivan nodded, "Alright. I'll hunt separate from you two, so we can catch more prey. Is that ok?"

She nodded. "Yes. Of course. Will you stay with me?" She looked at Vester, who shrugged. "I guess?"
Tempest nodded. "Alright. Settled. Lets go, and we'll meet up here when we're done. Deal?"

Ivan nodded, "Da~" He said, before walking off. He quickly caught some squirrels, a few mice and voles, and a crow.

Vester sat back and let Tempest do most of the hunting. She didn't say anything about it. They soon had a mouse, a sparrow, and two squirrels.

Ivan was waiting with his catches at the place where Tempest said that where they'll meet.

Tempest and Vester arrived at the meeting place, each carrying some prey. "Great. Nice catches. Lets get home."

Tempest sped up as they neared camp. She dropped her prey off, then sat down. "It's not much, but it will start to build up when we get some more recruits."

Tama poked his head out from the den, then disappeared again. Ivan nodded, "Yep. At least we have enough to feed ourselves for awhile."

Tama poked his head out of the den. "Whire you were hunting. I gathered moss for our nests. I put some in the dens that wirr have someone in it. So Tempest's den, the den Ivan and Vester are sharing, and mine."
