He stopped and crouched, spotting a small group of elk.

She creeped along further down from him to attack from a different angle.

He launched himself at the biggest elk, biting into it's leg. The elk collapsed. The rest of the herd fled. He bit into the prey's other leg so it wouldn't get away when he tried to kill it.

Ember jumped in and grabbed a female elk and locked her jaw on its throat m she was swung around but wouldn't let go till it fell.
