Whisper was a bit hesitant going up to Glimmer. She smiled warmly at him and he managed to smile back, touching noses with her.
Dust walked up to his mentor proudly and dipped his head. Hazel chuckled and nodded in return.
(I have a bit of an idea. Whisper isn't really the type of cat who would become a fighter, so I was thinking maybe he'd turn out having a strong connection with the Cloud Colony, eventually making him and Bunny joint healers? :3 Thought it would be cool.)

Risk lifted his chin. "I'm looking forward to the day you all are promoted once again. Until that day, meeting dismissed." He nodded and stepped down from the boulder.
Dust cast Sparrow and Adder an excited glance, smiling. Finally training would begin, and before they knew it, they'd be fully fledged fangs!
Whisper bowed his head, unsure of what to do now.

Sparrow and Adder returned the exited glances before going off with their mentors.
Bunny said she'd be with Aurora in a few minutes and walked over to Whisper. "You're really unsure, are you?" she asked quietly.

Dust was being taught basic fighting techniques.
Whisper was practising how to hunt. He crouched and pounced on a mouse, but stumbled when he landed, and his prey got away. He sighed.

Sparrow was learning how to hunt, while Adder was learning the basics of fighting.
Bunny and her mentor went to collect herbs.

Whisper's mentor helped him correct his crouch and he tried again with a different piece of prey. This time he managed to land on it, but he didn't kill it fast enough and it escaped, running off.

Whisper finally managed to capture and kill a shrew. He lifted it up, feeling triumphant, and his mentor praised him.

Soon both Dust and Whisper were returning to camp, finished with their first day of training.

Adder walked back with his mentor and ran up, then tackled Dust.
Sparrow and her mentor put their prey onto the pile, she walked up to her brothers and sighed.

Dust squeaked in surprise and fell to the ground as Adder tackled him. "Hey!" He grumbled and tried to wriggle away and bat playfully at his brother's face.

"Come on! Let's see who learned the most battle moves!" Adder said. Sparrow sighed, "I learned to hunt today. At least I can do more than you two can." "Hey!" Adder snapped.
