Moon was already in her spot, waiting for the meeting to begin.
(Who'll be the Creek and Meadow Master? And are we involving Thicket in this meeting?)

(The Thicket will not be involved, and we will just say the leaders of Meadow and Creek are... Risk(Male) and Cinder(Female))
River was talking with some Meadow and Cliff cats.
Star sat in his usual spot near the edge of the clearing.

Risk's colony was there and the last one to arrive was Cinder's colony.
"Time to start I guess.." Moon muttered, swishing her tail.

The pale grey she-cat took her place and nodded to the other Masters in greeting.

Moon dipped her head in return. "Shall we start?" She asked. Risk nodded and called the colonies together.

Everyone turned there heads to face the Masters, the chatter dying out.

"Let's all get this meeting over with." Risk said and Moon stepped forward. "Cliff Colony has been doing well. The prey has been plentiful and all of us are healthy. That's all I have to report." She stepped back and sat down.

Cinder took her place. "The Colony of the Creek has been faring well. Some minor flooding occurred, but that didn't shake us. That is all." She sat back down.

Risk was next. "Colony of the Meadow has been doing well. Just a few minor injuries from foxes, but that's about it." He sat down.

River looked up as his leader joined his group. He greeted her, then continued the conversation.

Moon had to keep herself from falling asleep, then she joined a group of Paw's conversation.

Everyone stepped back as two Paw's started play fighting in the middle of their little group.

Moon continued with her story, then made a sudden and quick motion, which made a few Paws jump up and become big furballs. She laughed, so did a few other Paws.
