"Okay.." Moss leaped at Star, she flipped him over. Then she landed and pinned him down
Moon's eyes widened 'wow!'

Star pushed the younger cat into the air with his paws then grabbed her and pushed her into the ground as gently as he could. He placed a paw firmly on her chest. "Amazing attack," He commented, "But be careful against older cats."

Moss smiled
Moon looked at the paw, 'If i know her, she always has a plan'
Moss pushed Star off of her with her hind paws, then rolled away, then she leaped again, but she landed on Star's back. "I know that, but smaller cats can move quicker, and their lighter too." she held on tight, without her claws of course

Moss rolled away in time, and pinned Star down again. She put her paw on Star's chest. "Sometimes." she giggled

Star pushed her off again. He gave her a hard blow to the side with both paws, strong enough to send a full grown cat staggering.

Moss stumbled, she breathed heavily, then she copied the blow Star just did and used it on him.

Star staggered, but recovered quickly. He then flopped onto his back, eyes dull and tired. "Okay," he panted. "You win."

Moon looked at Moss, "Impressive..." she whispered

Star panted. "Yeah, I'm sure." He mewed, standing up. He was impressed that she knew the trick. "Wanna go hunting now?" He shook dust and dirt from his sleek orange pelt.

"Sure Star." Moss said, she never had a training session like this before, but it would be nice to star hunting
Moon heard a snap, 'Uh-oh' she leapped onto another branch, the one she was on broke of the tree and hit the ground
Moss jumped, "What?!"

Star was about to launch his surprise attack when he heard the snap. His head turned quickly in the direction of the noise. (  Surprise attack!) |

Moon slipped, her front claws clutched the branch she leapt to. She was able to get back on the branch
Moss ran to the branch, "This looks like this weak branch broke by weight..." she looked up and saw Moon
Moon gave her a look that meant: Don't tell Star.
Moss looked at Star, "it was just a fat squirrel."

Star narrowed his eyes at his temporary apprentice and walked over to the tree and Moss. "Why didn't you go after it? We're hunting now!" He scolded gently, and in a gentler, happier voice he added, "Come on, let's go." And he walked away from the tree.

After Star was gone, Moon came down from the tree. "I owe you Moss, thank you for not telling. Now you better follow him, don't tell him I'm watching him too." she whispered to her, she also told Moss why she was doing it. Moss looked up at her, "Okay Moon, I won't tell anyone." she quickly walked after Star, Moon followed, but on a different path
