Ember crossed the border, "Thanks." she said
Minnowwillow nodded, "No problem. Now, lets go Scaleslash. Race you back to camp!" she dashed off.

Emerald watched the cats run. She chuckled.

Ember looked at Emerald, "Lets get some fish. Some that isn't cold." she mewed and started walking back home

Ember leaped onto the fence when they arrived back home. "Wait here and I'll bring some." she said to Emerald, she leaped into her home yard and disappeared into her house

Ember came back out with a bowl, she stopped at the bottom of the fence. She put the bowl down, "Come down here! The fish is fresh!" she said, smiling

Emerald followed the scent of the fish, even though she didn't need too. It just smelled so good! She sat down beside Ember and took a bite.

Ember went inside and came back with another bowl. She set it down by the other bowl. "Warmed milk. Its hard carrying milk in a bowl." she mewed, taking a drink. Ember toke a bite of fish.

While she ate, Emerald looked at Ember. "Which place was your favourite?" She asked. "I liked the forest where we met the four cats, but my favourite cats were the ones that eat fish."

"You went into the forest?!" a cat said. Ember looked up, "Yes Storm. Why you so protective?" she muttered. Storm was on the fence looking down, "I'm not protective. I was just, surprised, that's all." Ember rolled her eyes, "Yeah right. Emerald, this is Storm. He's my neighbor. Storm, this is Emerald." "Hello." Storm meowed. Ember toke another bite of fish

Storm laid down on the fence, "How far did you go in the forest?" he asked. "All the way around the lake." Ember replied, taking a drink of milk. Storm had to his claws to stop himself from falling. "You have to be kidding me!" he said. Ember shook her head, "Not kidding."

Storm got back on the fence, "Being out there is dangerous you know. Especially when its cold, there's less food and you can get sick."
Ember looked up at him, "And?"
"There are foxes and badgers, not to mention those clan cats, rogues, and loners." Storm said
"You sound like someone's mother." Ember mewed, taking another bite of fish
Storm flattened his ears
(Emberstorm... sounds cool, even if I mixed their names)

Emerald glanced at Storm, then shrugged and turned back to the fish.

(Next Warrior Cat rp I do, that's going to be one of my character's names)
Ember had her full and sat up. She licked her lips, "That was good."
Storm's ears perked up, "Ember, can I talk to you for one second. It'll be quick."
Ember looked at him and nodded, "Ok. I'll be right back Emerald."
Ember walked and leaped onto the fence, then leaped down to the other side with Storm
(Is Emerald going to eavesdrop or something?)

(What's a curious kittypet without some eavesdropping?  ) Emerald nodded, waited until they left, then snuck to a place where she could hear what the cats were saying. She was quite well hidden, her scent masked thanks to the flower bush she was under. (Flower bush? ... Yeah, why not. That just doesn't sound correct to me.) |
