(An emerald in a flower bush, a rare find it is!  ) "...in the forest." Storm meowed (That's the starting of what Emerald heard) Ember shook her head, "I really like the forest, there is so much out there. Its so fun!" Storm had a straight, serious face. "Sickness, badgers, foxes, clan cats, loners, rogues, poisonous plants, and many more dangers lie out there Ember." "I know, but its a risk for any cat and animal to take for the wonders out there. Its good enough to even bre-" Ember was cut off, and there was a thump on the ground. "I-I don't want to lose you Ember. I don't want you to go and leave." Storm said, he sounded like he was about to cry. Ember blinked, "Storm..." There was silence from the two |

Emerald's ear flicked in interest. She wanted to hear more. She focused her hearing as best as she could.

"It's fine." Emerald mewed. Then alarm struck her. "I gotta go!" She exclaimed. "I'll be out tomorrow, bye!" She called before racing to her house.

Emerald snuck out of her home and trotted to Ember's home. "Hi Ember!" She called when she spotted her friend.
