"For one: That isn't funny, no one's laughing. And two: Our home is underwater!" Minniwwillow snapped at him, still checking her clan mates. She was with a queen and nodded. The medicine cat walked up to Scaleslash, "Come with me, we need to find a kit." she said, running to the flooded river

Scaleslash frowned. Ins his mind, things were very very bad if no one would laugh.
Spirit dampened along with he camp, he nodded and stood up. "Alright."

Minnowwillow was quiet as she looked around for the kit.

Minnow willow raised her head as she heard a faint mewling. "Scaleslash!" she called, running towards where the mewling was. She stopped and saw the lost kit, which was in the middle of the river surrounded by tree branches and fallen tree trunks. "Hold on." she said, jumping onto a branch, then onto a tree trunk. She felt uneasy doing this, but kept jumping towards the kit

Scaleslash turned his head and ran to Minnowwillow. He spotted the kit, then looked around for the medicine cat.

(I'm naming the kit)
Minnowwillow made it to the rock the kit was on. "The water caught me and I wasn't able to get out, I was able to climb where the kit was. "The water swept me away and I couldn't get out, but I was able to get on here." Icekit mewed. "Ok, now leap onto my back and hold on." the medicine cat said. She felt the light grey tom leap onto her back and latch on to her neck, not tight enough to choke her though. She looked at him to see ice blue eyes. She nodded and started leaping back, but the logs had moved. She soon made it to land, Icekit leaped off of her back and Minnowwillow started warming him up. 'This was to easy.' she thought

Scaleslash looked at the kit. "That was simple." He commented. He crouched down. "Hello!" He greeted the kit.

"Hi." Icekit mewed happily. Minnowwillow looked behind her and immediately put Icekit onto Scaleslash's back. "Both of you get out!" she said. A rush of water was heading towards them. She would run, but she was stuck and didn't want to say that she was.

Icekit held on, then looked back. "Where's Minnowwillow?!" he mewed, only seeing more water

Scaleslash looked back, stopping so he wouldn't trip. "Yeah, where is Minnowwillow?" He asked, waking a few steps towards where they came from.

Scaleslash made it back to where the clan was. "Alright, off you get." He meowed to Icekit.

Icekit leaped off of his back. "Thank you Scaleslash." he meted before going back to his mother. Cloudrain (white she-cat with grey spots, blue eyes) walked up to him, "I'm glad Icekit is back with his family, but where's Minnowwillow?" she asked.

A clawed paw shot of the water and clawed the bank, then another paw did the same. It pulled until a she-cat was laying on the bank, coughing up water and breathing hard. "Great Starclan! How did I survive that?" she-cat meowed. It was Minnowwillow. "I'm miles away from home, the river sure did bring me a long way. I hope I can stay alive when I get back home." she cleaned her pelt from the rubbish that had clung on and started walking. "Starclan, you saved me from the river. Now please watch over my clan and keep them safe."

Scaleslash frowned. He thought, then said, "I, erm, don't know..." Then he looked behind him. "I would have looked for her, but I didn't want to risk Icekit's life..." He wanted to run off and search for Minnowwillow, but didn't know if he should.

"If she's been caught by the river, it would've taken her to the very end...if she's still alive." Cloudrain said, "You'd have to ask (Random Leader Name) Eelstar if you can go get her. There will be search parties for you and her if you don't tell him."
