When Jay caught a scent, she slowly started walking towards it.

He gazed around, then slowed when his nose detected the scent if a mouse. He crouched and started stalking the little creature.

He pounced and snapped it's neck, then sat down and ate.

Jay pounced when she was close enough, only to land on the squirrel's tail. She killed it quickly before laying down to eat.
