'Let us begin with the easy question. I have been around for about 800 years, I believe. Much of it was spent in that tunnel...' She answered. 'And where we came from? Hm... No one is quite sure, we have been here such a long time. As the story goes we were created millions of years ago by an ancient creature who could see the future. He made us so that he could warn people of his prophecies. Eventually we grew stronger than him, though, and he was eventually killed. We then moved on, continuing to do the job we were made to do, but often using our powers with evil intent. That's what got my species inevitably killed. That aside, though, our powers continued to grow over time, and today, almost nothing can best us. Or, I guess I should say, best me.'

She flicked her ear towards the source of the sound. 'I heard something' she thought knowing Lapsa would hear her. Then her ear flicked towards another direction. "Its.. I-its...... A wolf." She said softly with her voice low.

Lapsa rolled her eyes. 'Put your weapons away. I'll be right back.' She disappeared, and a few minutes later, rematerialized in front of them. The wolf fell onto its back and wriggled around, whining in pain, fear, and confusion. She laughed. 'There's a trick I never thought I'd get to use again.'
