One day, in the middle of a Pokemon infested forest, something odd happened.
Two Espurr friends got together and one said, "What if Pokemon could work together? Without trainers?"
The other one replied, "You're insane."
But was she?
Later that year, she saw some Rattatas fighting over a berry. She walked up to them and asked, "Why can't you share?" They ignored her. She huffed and walked away.
Then, as she was curled up and ready for sleep that night, one of the Rattatas found her and said, "I would like it if other Pokemon would share. They all want everything to themselves."
"Maybe we could work together to make the forest a better place? A place where the Pokemon work together to keep themselves, and each other, fed and safe?"
And that's how the group known as Aduvant was born. Or at least, that's how the story goes. Now go on, go back to your mother. She must be wondering where you've been!

So basically, this is a Pokemon clan/city. It's called the Aduvant, which is a word that, before I twisted it around, meant Helping. Here is the info.
Ranks-
Main areas in home base-

Other info:
At years 5 through 15, the Pokemon is considered a student. Older is member. Younger is child.
When the leader(s) die, the SL and the Berry Master take nominations for the new leader. When the new leader is picked, he or she chooses a new SL.
A student may drop out of regular school to become a Berry Master at the age of 10 or older, as long as they have good marks in the right subjects.
To become a teacher, a student will go through another two years of school.
Pokemon will evolve with age, usually once when they turn eleven and once later on for three stage Pokemon, but still require things like stones if necessary for that particular Pokemon. Battle practice also helps them evolve.
If there is anything you'd like me to add, let me know!
