We all know the dead seem to move on somewhere. For if you ever seen a dead body in a coffin just laying there all made up. There is that feeling of an eerie emptiness that hangs in the air. You look at this vessel and think just something is missing and isn't right. Where do the live that inhabited these bodies go? Heaven, Hell, and Limbo. Well we in the real world don't know, but the departed do.
On the other side sit all the dead. Yet there world seems a bit more dreary the lived in a town called Deathwood. This town held all the dead spirits in the world. It was a nice place to relax and live in there after life. Sometimes though disgruntled and spirit's with unfinished business don't make it to Deathwood. They go to the human world as demons. They lured innocent people in to there death. It was as if they were creating an army to take over the human world. So death makes a deal with a group of spirits in the field called the doldrums. Its where spirits went when they didn't fit in with the other spirits in Deathwood. They were good, bad, and in between. Death would ask them to return to the human world to rid him of the dark spirit problem. In turn he would send them to live back on earth as a new soul. They agreed and were sent back. They were not visible to the naked eye, yet those with the sight saw them plain as day. A few with the sight will help them in there impossible task at taking down the demons.
Now the hunt begins.

Doldrums Cs Name: Abigail ( Abby ) Age when died: 17 How you died: Abby lived with a uncle who was abusive. He had beaten her daily since she was eight. Around 17 she started fighting back and having friends. He finally beat her to death one night. Good, Bad, or inbetween: inbetween. More bad. Why did you decide to help out death: Abby wanted to help death so she could come back and live a better life Personality: Alive Abby was fun loving and a bit of a rebel. Dead she was cold unfeeling and felt off. She had no heart left. She loved to haunt humans. Very disgruntled. Bio: Abby alive had a horrible life her drunk uncle abused her daily. He would beat her for pretty much anything. When she got friends and a bf he beat her to death when he found out. When Abby lived in the doldrums she just moped around wanting revenge. She finally got her chance when death offers for them to go back. Appearance:  Haunting appearance:  Sight CS Name: Shane Collins Age: 20 Gender: male How long you have had the sight: since he was 4. Personality: he was a bit quiet and reserved. He didn't like many people since he was odd and could see and talk to ghosts. Bio: since he was 4 years old he could talk to ghosts. At first his parents thought he was insane. They tried to send him to a mental hospital. So he just pretended he didn't see them amd stopped talking to them even though he could see them plain as day. He has been ignoring them till recently. At age 20 things were getting worse. How you died: "Have you ever been stabbed in the back by someone you trust? Well, that's what happened to me. It was a 'joke' turned grim by idiocy and hatred. But I won't waste your time with my... Rambling. Here's how I died.
It was summer vacation, and I was spending it with my best friends. My family had saved up so we and two of my friends could go to the Caribbean. It started off nice, we got to try lots of cool food and see some amazing sights. But then one of my friends, Kala, started acting funny. We got in lots of bad arguments over stupid things, like who would get the leftovers from dinner.
Little did I know the worst was yet to come.
We were exploring the tropics, and we found a cave. We decided to go in and explore, being the stupid kids we were. It was beautiful. The walls of the cave had blue lights dancing along them, coming from a crystal clear river. We couldn't go very far in. Our path was cut off by a waterfall. We all leaned over the edge to look.
The last thing I felt was Kala's hand on my back before my neck was snapped by the waterfall."
Good, Bad, or in between: In between, though a bit more on the evil side because of the sourness she feels from her death.
Why did you decide to help out death: She decided to help out because she believes the evil spirits possessed Kala, which led to her demise.
Personality: As a living person she was bold, outgoing and adventurous. Some called her fearless. She loved being the centre of attention.
When she died, she became much more reserved and quiet, and a little cold, but is still as daring and brave as before.
Bio: She was born with the name Sasha. She lived a busy but fun life, often travelling around with her family. She was homeschooled, but liked to hang around the closest school's grounds, which led her to meeting her two best friends, Kala and May. When she died she took on the name Nahkriin, 'to declare that her old self was no more'.
Appearance: Straight black hair and blue eyes.
Name: Feriz
Age: 18
Gender: Male
How long you have had the sight: Since he was born he could see the spirits.
Personality: Very intuitive, always trusts his instincts. He can always tell how you're feeling and what you might be thinking about, even if you tell him otherwise. A trustworthy companion, though he is a little shy.
Bio: Feriz had a harsh life. He left home very early, getting his own small apartment at the age of 15. His parents abused him and his sister hated him. He taught himself, not having the time to do work and go to a school.
Appearance: Medium length blonde hair that goes white near the edges. His eyes are a light brown, with some blue.
