Darkness finally located Bounce, but didn't go get him. "Where could he be?" She grumbled, as if frustrated. Which she had been a second ago.

Bounce stayed still, he felt dead, but he knew he wasn't. Until he did make one noise....which came from his stomach. 'I didn't eat this morning!' he quickly thought

Bounce was playing dead when Darkness uncovered him
Scela looked into the den, "Did you find him?" she asked

Darkness figured Bounce was faking, but had her doubts. She moved over to show Scela.

Scela nodded. She went to the fresh-kill pile, toke a plump mouse, went back to her den and gave the mouse to Darkness. "He does that when he's hungry, don't let him fool you. Tease him with the mouse." Scela whispered into Darkness's ear

Darkness took the mouse. "Oh, what a plump, tasty looking mouse..." She said, and lay down as if she was going to eat it. She sat in a way that the mouse was right near Bounce's muzzle, but yet just out of reach.

Darkness started picking off the mouse's fur and throwing it towards Bounce.

'Enough!' Bounce yelled in his head. He dashed, grabbed the mouse, and ran out of Scela's den. "Mine, mine, mine, mine!" he barked. He stopped by Shadow and wolfed down the mouse

Shadow chuckled when she saw Bounce run out of Scela's den barking. Darkness grinned. "Looks like your plan worked, Scela." She said

Night kept his eye on Bounce
Bounce finished the mouse, rolled over, and he was know on his back, paws in the air

Scela went to Bounce, picked him up by the scruff, went to Night, and put him down right by him. "Let him sleep there Night" Scela said, before laying down by her brother
Night curled up with Bounce and fell asleep
Bounce was asleep
