Shadow saw Crux laying in a lot of moss, obviously in shock. Her softer side was tugging at her to help, but she wasn't sure.

Crux didn't know Shadow was there, his vision was blocked by moss. He rolled to his side, back to Shadow. He coughed, "f-fox d-dung.."

Shadow shrugged. She had wanted this cat dead anyway. She turned away.

Cruz grabbed the badger with his jaws and started climbing the tree. It was hard and it toke awhile, but he was able to get the badger in the tree. He started eating

Crux finished eating the badger (there was a bit under half left). He pushed it out of the tree and fell asleep

Crux woke up to yowling, he raised his head and looked down to see cats by the dead badger. "What? Haven't you seen a badger before?" he meowed. The cats looked at him. "Did you kill this?" one said. "Yes." Crux replied, "And go home." the cats soon left. Crux stood up and stretched

Shadow wasn't in her den. She had left to hunt. Right now she was following an owl's trail.

Crux looked up to see a blue jay, he quietly sneaked up on it and caught it by the tail feathers. He pulled it down and quickly killed it. He layed back down and started eating

Shadow found the owl and killed it. Her kill was messy but fast.
