Rosefang pinned him to the ground but stumbled as Cedarpaw ran into her side.

"Thanks!" He said quickly, getting back up to his paws. He helped Cedarpaw out with Rosefang, but he was also aware of his leader.

Rosefang steadied herself, then joined Shadestar's side and together they aimed speedy blows at the apprentices.

Cedarpaw also dodged most of the attacks, until Rosefang suddenly swiped his legs out from under him and pinned him down. Shadestar reared forward into Dimpaw, aiming to bowl him over and pin him.

He dodged quickly and swiped at Shadestar's hind legs, hoping to trip him. Then he tackled Rosefang.

Shadestar stayed on his feet and pushed Dimpaw off course with his front paws.

He kept in a growl as he rolled to the side. Dimpaw stood up and went for Rosefang again.
