Chroma blinked open her eyes in the morning. A small yawn left her maw and she gazed around drearily, not quite fully awake yet.
Shadow had retreated into the shelter of a tree for the night, and had been awake for a while before the rest of the group roused, watching the sky turn from orange to blue.

Crux yawned and stood up to stretched. He sat up and looked where Berry was, which was by a bush.

Chroma gazed at the other three and remembered suddenly what they were doing. Suddenly alive with energy, she jumped to her paws. "Alright! It's morning! Let's go! It's time to explore!"
Shadow scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"hunt?" Chroma asked, looking confused. Then her eyes lit up. "Ooh, yeah, that's a good idea!" She patted Crux on the head. "Nice thinking! Well? Let's go!" And she padded away to find prey.
Shadow snickered as she watched the conversation.
